Displays - Groups or individuals are encouraged to display their work in the exhibition area. Tables are provided. Advance booking with the Conference Secretary is required, giving details of the nature and size of the display. Though the room is not open to the public, security cannot be guaranteed. There is no charge but a commission of 10% of any sales is requested to offset overheads.
